Refund policy & license terms

Agentwright Starter is sold by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They handle payment, tax and invoices; we handle the product, your license and support. Questions about anything on this page: hello@agentwright.app.

Refund policy

14 days, no questions asked. If the Starter isn't right for you, email hello@agentwright.app within 14 days of purchase with your order number (it's on your Lemon Squeezy receipt). You'll get a full refund to your original payment method. You don't need to give a reason.

  • Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, usually within 2 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
  • When an order is refunded, its license key is deactivated and the download link stops working. Please delete any copies of the source you downloaded.
  • After 14 days, sales are final, except where your local consumer law gives you more rights.

License terms

Buying the Starter gives you a license, not ownership of the source code. In short:

You can

  • Use the source to build and ship as many of your own products as you like, including commercial SaaS that you sell to your customers.
  • Modify the code however you want.
  • Share it with your team. One license covers one person, or one team working for the same company or client.
  • Keep everything you downloaded while your license was active, forever, along with any updates we publish for license holders.

You can't

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the source code, in original or modified form, as a starter kit, template, boilerplate or code library, whether paid or free.
  • Put the source in a public repository.
  • Share your license key or download link outside your team.

Your end product (the app your customers use) is yours. The restriction only applies to passing on the Starter's source itself.

Updates and support are for license holders only and are tied to the license key. A refunded or revoked key loses access to both.

No warranty. The Starter is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license. You are responsible for how you use it, including your own API costs and your own customers' data.

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in place on the day you bought apply to your license.
